About
My name is Kent Valentine, and I’m an Australian who has been living in London for almost 20 years.
I’m originally theatre trained and spent 15 years as a stand-up comedian, so my favourite way to spend time is with other people: telling stories, playing games and generally having a good time.
For the last 15 years I’ve been working in the corporate space where I’ve run hundreds of sessions for thousands of people to collaborate on solving problems. I work at the wonderful management consultancy Oliver Wyman where I both lead our London office and work with big companies and governments on some of their trickiest challenges.
I’m excited to be able to bring those skills and experience to helping people outside of the corporate world who have similar challenges, but don’t always have access to the same level of support.
My practice draws on ontological coaching, which means we work together not just on what you choose to do, but on how you show up—your language, emotions, and embodied presence—all the elements that quietly shape your results and relationships.
I live in North London with my family and our (absolutely bonkers) dog, Disco.
Outside of work, I love diving into everything from long distance running to game design and even designing crazy experiments like Born Underground.
I’m currently training with the Newfield Network, aligning my approach to the ICF Core Competencies and pursuing ACC accreditation to ensure my practice is ethical, professional, and impactful.
